Monroeton Man, 2 NY Residents Arrested After NY Woman Allegedly Possessed Meth

A Monroeton man and two New York residents are facing drug charges after a Waverly, NY woman allegedly possessed meth on Thursday, June 2nd.

According to the Waverly Police Department, police responded to a residence on Howard Street in Waverly, NY, after suspicious activity was reported in the area. The following three people were located by police: William McClintic, 23, of Monroeton, PA; Derrick Seeley, 32, of Elmira, NY; and Katherine Rhodes, 30, of Waverly, NY. Rhodes allegedly had meth and items related to illegal drug use in her possession. McClintic and Seeley were wanted on active warrants in Elmira, NY.

Rhodes was arrested and faces a felony criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 4th degree charge. She was placed in the Tioga County, NY Jail after her arraignment. McClintic and Seeley were arrested due to the warrants out on them, and they were released to the Elmira Police Department. The charge McClintic and Seeley both face is criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree.
