A Lawrenvecille man was not injured after the truck he was driving tipped over in Delmar Township on Wednesday, March 15th.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police in Mansfield in a report, 53-year-old Scott D. Sutton was driving north on State Route 287 in a 2008 Freightliner at around 4:35 p.m. The Freightliner rolled over onto its passenger side due to high winds. The truck’s trailer rested in a field beside the northbound lane, while the truck’s tractor rested on the northbound guide rail. The location of the crash was 49 feet to the south of Butler Road.
Sutton was wearing his seat belt, and he was not injured. Police did not charge Sutton with a moving violation.
