A Lycoming County judge has found a Hughesville man guilty of 98 felony child pornography charges stemming from an investigation that took place in 2014.

During undercover investigations by state police, it was discovered that 39-year-old Eric Lavadius Green shared child pornography using BitTorrent software. A search warrant was carried out at Green’s apartment on North Fifth Street. The search warrant resulted in police finding photos of semi-unclothed, prepubescent girls on his cellphone. Sometime after the cellphone photos were discovered, police also found around 100 images that were pornographic in nature.

Judge Richard A. Gray found Green guilty of the charges in the Lycoming County Court of Common Pleas on Monday, March 6th. Green was also found guilty on multiple child sex abuse charges and criminal use of a communications facility charges, both felonies.

The trial lasted one day. The sentencing for Green is scheduled for June 15th, 2017, at 1:30 p.m., also in front of Judge Richard A. Gray. Assistant District Attorney Nicole lppolito prosecuted the case against Green. You can view Green’s court docket below.
