An Allenwood man is facing multiple theft charges following a firearms theft at his family’s Washington Township residence on Friday, March 3rd.

Police believe 34-year-old Curtis Delmar Finck stole a shotgun, several handguns, and a rifle from the residence on Pikes Peak Road. The names of the victims have not been released at this time. You can read Finck’s court report below.

Magisterial District Judge Christian David Frey on March 3rd, 2017, presided over the preliminary arraignment for Finck. Finck was arraigned at the Magisterial District Court 29-3-03. Finck was assigned bail in the amount of $25,000. Finck was unable to meet bail and was remanded to the Lycoming County prison pending the next hearing. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 10th, 2017, at 2:00 p.m., in front of Magisterial District Judge Jon Edward Kemp.

Jacob X. Sukal of the Pennsylvania State Police in Montoursville is listed as the arresting officer for Finck. The charges relate to an alleged incident that happened on March 3rd, 2017.
