A meth lab was found in Elmira, New York, on the morning of Wednesday, September 21st.


According to the Elmira Police Department, officers found the one pot meth lab on East Chemung Street’s 100 block during a welfare check that took place at about 9:45 a.m. According to police, a family member was worried about someone living at the home as well as a pet.
